# eth_getTransactionByBlockHashAndIndex

Returns information about a transaction by block hash and transaction index position.

### Parameters

`Block hash`(string)required

32 byte hex value

`Transaction index`(string)required

hex encoded unsigned integer

### Returns

Transaction information
